Blake Skaggs, better known as Instrutor Godzilla in the world of capoeira has been training capoeira for 13 years.  While growing up in Lexington, Kentucky he began his life long love affair with martial arts.  Training various styles and never finding one that truly stuck.  He eventually moved to Atlanta in 2004 for school and he discovered Capoeira.  Immediately falling in love with the diverse art he began training with Mestre Fran and travelling extensively.  Travelling all over America and spending extended periods of time in Brazil he began his training in earnest.   In 2016 he earned his promotion to Instrutor (the fourth highest level in Capoeira).

Instrutor Godzilla has trained and taught capoeira for 13 years and is now starting his own academy in Cedar Park.  Hoping to introduce his love of Capoeira and Brazilian culture to all those around him.
