This martial art encompasses many skills including fight elements, dance, music, singing, strength acrobatics, flexibility acrobatics and explosive acrobatics. We offer Adult and Kids Classes!!!

Capoeira classes teach basic defense and attack with elements that will challenge the most advanced Capoeirista. Gymnastic sessions incorporate back rolls and cartwheels leading all the way up to flips and twists. Burn off excess calories and build specific strengths in the conditioning classes. Students train barefooted and should wear long pants and lightweight clothes.
