Capoeira Malês is a community run non-profit organization dedicated to individuals changing their lives while participating in Brazilian traditions and arts. As members of the Seattle community, we believe in opening our studio’s doors to all genders, ages and socio-economic backgrounds by providing classes, community outreach and access, and youth development.

Capoeira Malês is the largest Brazilian cultural center in the Pacific Northwest. As part of our commitment to our surrounding arts and wellness communities, we offer many education + event opportunities throughout the year and offer our studio space to groups wishing to host classes, celebrations, performances and other events. We coordinate workshops and festivals in an effort to build and support the community.

Capoeira Malês is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All proceeds from classes support the upkeep of our studio space and the continuation of our mission.
