We are a cultural school dedicated to spreading the Brazilian art of Capoeira Regional, led by Professora Borboleta. Filhos de Bimba is a school based out of Salvador, Bahia, Brasil, and directed by Mestre Nenel, the son of Mestre Bimba. We are in partnership with the activities offered by Ondas Community, an inclusive space committed to authentic culture and safe movement. We believe that cultural and movement literacy is key to citizenship and longevity, and that experiencing the two together creates a powerful community.
