FICA Baltimore was established under the guidance and leadership of Contra Mestre Skher Brown . For over a two decades,  FICA Baltimore has been active in the community, partnering with diverse organizations to help develop and sharpen both mental and physical awareness and potential of its participants.  In addition to offering adult and children classes throughout the week in this wellness folk art, we operate a performing arts group to showcase its value and rich African diasporic history.
